Terms and conditions

Version 1, 4 October 2026

These terms apply to the use of Qyveno by organizations. They are deliberately short and written in plain language. Together with the data processing agreement and the privacy statement they form the agreement between your organization and Qyveno.

1. Who we are

Qyveno is a service of Franco Wiltink, trading under the name Qyveno, in the Netherlands. Once Qyveno is registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KvK), the KvK number, the business address and the VAT number will be shown here. You can reach us at info@qyveno.nl. By "you" or "the customer" we mean the organization that has an account with Qyveno, and by "users" the people the customer gives access.

2. When these terms apply

These terms apply as soon as your organization has an account with Qyveno, including during a free trial period or test phase. Qyveno is intended for businesses and organizations, not for consumers. Other terms, such as the customer's purchasing conditions, only apply if we agree to that in writing.

3. What Qyveno provides

Qyveno is an online work platform: boards, items, updates, files, conversations, forms, automations, dashboards, integrations and support. Which features there are is shown in the app and in the knowledge base. Qyveno keeps developing: features can change or disappear. If something your organization relies on in a material way goes away, we will let you know in good time.

During the test phase you get Qyveno for free, in exchange for your feedback. In that phase more can still change and there is no guarantee of availability; we do our best and warn you about major changes.

4. Account and users

5. What you may not do

You do not use Qyveno to do anything that is against the law or against the rights of others. You do not try to circumvent the security, overload the service, or reach the data of other customers, and you do not sell or rent out access. If it does happen, we may (temporarily) block access. Where possible, we will talk to you first.

6. Your data

7. Availability and maintenance

We do our best to keep Qyveno available and fast at all times, and we make an encrypted backup every day. We do maintenance outside office hours as much as possible; longer maintenance is announced. We fix an outage as quickly as possible. A guaranteed availability (an SLA) is only offered if we agree on it separately.

8. Price and payment

The price is in the quote or on the website at the moment you take a paid subscription, excluding VAT. We invoice monthly in advance; you pay an invoice within 14 days. Prices can change; we announce an increase at least 30 days in advance, and if you do not want it, you can cancel before the new price takes effect.

9. Term and cancellation

10. Liability

If we are liable for damage, that is limited to direct damage and to the amount the customer paid to Qyveno in the twelve months before the damage, with a maximum of €10,000. During a free test phase, liability is limited to €500. We are not liable for indirect damage, such as lost profit, missed savings or lost data that could have been restored from a backup. These limitations do not apply in case of intent or deliberate recklessness on our part. You report a claim as soon as possible, and at the latest within a year after you discovered the damage.

11. Force majeure

If we are temporarily unable to deliver because of something beyond our control (such as a major outage at a supplier, the power or internet network, or a government measure), we are not liable for that. If that lasts longer than thirty days, either party may terminate the agreement.

12. Changes to these terms

We may change these terms. We announce a change that is to your disadvantage at least 30 days in advance; if you do not agree with it, you can cancel before it takes effect. The latest version is always on this page.

13. Governing law and disputes

Dutch law applies to the agreements with Qyveno. If we cannot work it out together, the competent court of the Gelderland District Court (Rechtbank Gelderland) decides.
